As the 19th Century drew to a close, morality was on life support. Progressives, describing themselves as cultural medicine men, presented society with a cure: the State. Thus began one of the most horrific, catastrophic, life-stealing centuries the world has ever known.
The institution of public school appears caught in a horror-go-round, throwing more and more programs at under performing students in an effort to achieve some modicum of educational success.
Whether historical ignorance, or malignant power grab, the behavior of these culturally regressive zealots will almost certainly have the opposite effect from what they wish to achieve.
